There are various theories that we have learned today in class. The theory that we dwell on is behavourism's theory. This theory have made an impact in our organizational learning.
Positive reinforcement coupled with reward system brings positive learning abilites and habits (e.g. present education system) and negative reinforcement coupled with punishment brings deterrence (e.g law enforcer such as police force).
